Terms of Condition
For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy.
The product can be returned or exchanged in the following cases only:
- The product is different from what was mentioned on the website.
- A defective/damaged product has been received.
How does IBR store process return?
You are always welcome to exchange or refund any item(s) purchased online within 7 days of receiving your product, provided the product is faulty or different from what was ordered originally.
Once the issue is deemed valid our Returns Team will share a Consignment Number with you through which you can return your product to your nearest Leopards Courier Centre (LCS) or Pakistan Post.
How Can I Return a Faulty Product to IBR store?
- To begin the process of returning your product, visit your nearest Courier Office within 7 days of receiving your consignment number.
- Make sure to bring all packaging materials that were included in your original purchase, as well as all items in the box that are intact and undamaged.
- IBR store will not accept returns in case the product’s box is damaged or any item is missing.
- Please note that no refund/replacement shall be settled unless the returned items are correctly shipped with all the items placed and box undamaged.
